PROJECT SUMMARY

This year during a large thunderstorm, Gilbert Public Schools had a lighting strike at their Burk Elementary School Campus. That lighting strike caused their main electrical switch panel to have multiple fuses melted. This problem was un-repairable. Around 8pm we received an emergency call from their Director of Facilities. By 10pm we were onsite removing the secondary feed from panel to a temporary panel and was able to complete by 4am for power to be back on for school that morning.

Greenfield Middle School Parking Lot Lighting and Paving Project was contracted by Gilbert Public Schools and designed by Keith W. Hubbard Professional Engineers. The project scope was to remove and replace the existing parking lot lights and install new LED parking lot lights. Sun Valley Builders was also contracted to re-pave and stripe the existing parking lot and construct a new storm drain per engineered drawings.

Mesquite High School Campus Restrooms Renovation Project​ was a two-part phased construction schedule. During the summer months, all the restrooms in Building A, B, C, D, G & F were fully renovated and furnished with new toilet partitions, restroom accessories, sinks, lights, ceramic tile and made to be ADA compliant. During Fall Break our team completed the administration entryway with new ceramic floor tile and the Cafe. 

Desert Ridge High School and Highland High School consisted of a remodel while on an occupied campus. Our team demolished the interior of the Administration Building including all offices and workstations. After demolition, our team brought in all new interior finishes and created a secured entryway for all visitors and students.
