In 2014, Jody Clanton, a passionate commercial contractor, embarked on a journey to create Sun Valley Builders with a dedication to delivering top-tier commercial construction services and ensuring a legacy of quality for future generations.
In 2015, we began building our reputation for quality construction within the educational market.
First additions were constructed at Trevor Browne High School. This included the Classroom Additions and Canopy Additions.
1 GPA Contract Awarded
2019 was the start of our Summer Internship Program with in-state and out-of-state universities!
This was the first year where Sun Valley Builders officially expanded our job-sites to all (4) corners of Arizona!
Sun Valley Builders expanded their expertise into the University level and received (2) University JOCs with ASU & NAU!
We have taken great measures to ensure that our staff is practicing safe construction practices. All subcontractors undergo pre-task safety meetings prior to completing any work and then weekly safety meetings throughout all our projects. We have no recordable incidents, lost time accidents, lost workday, restricted workday, or fatality with any of our direct employees. Our team is absolutely committed to zero injuries. Our safety policies are updated on an annual basis so that we stay up to date on all OSHA Safety Requirements. Safety remains our number one priority from the start to finish of construction.
